Naperville Roofing and Construction helped us finalize the exterior design and the installation on our 45+ year house. Looks brand new, modern and continues to slow down passerby’s as they admire. Company and team were a pleasure to work with. Crew was great explaining and keeping my wife in the loop as she was working from home as construction was happening. Based on how everything turned out, the ease of working together, constant communication and overall professionalism of everyone we interacted with, we plan to use Naperville Roofing and Construction for our future basement renovation.

James and the Naperville roofing team were a pleasure to work with. They helped make our vision come true. We did have a few timing hiccups throughout the process, but to no fault of the team. They kept us up to date and we couldn\'t be happier with the final result.

We were looking for a reputable company to replace our roof, gutters, siding, and brick. After receiving 3 bids, we decided to go with Naperville Roofing and Construction. We liked James’ vision for the house and knowledge about the process and products. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and responsive. It was a multi-phase project and throughout I received frequent (often daily) updates on progress and what to expect next. If I had questions, James always responded to me in a timely manner. In summary, we love how our house looks and many neighbors have stopped by to compliment our stone facade and the overall appearance of the work. There was minimal disruption to our lives for such a comprehensive project. I would highly recommend Naperville Roofing and Construction.

I hired Naperville Roofing and Construction for the full remodel of my kitchen. Jordan and Joe came in for the consultation and immediately had ideas of the possibilities more than what I had even imagined. They were very reasonable on working with our budget and finding ways to make sure it all fit in but also giving us the best result. Jason was our main guy and he was GREAT! He was so willing to help in any way needed. He was responsive, respectful and kind. He truly made it easier to go through this experience as it is a huge undertaking to give up a huge part of your living area for 6-8 weeks! There were a couple hiccups along the way, but they always made it right in the end which is what good customer experience is all about. I appreciate the efforts by all of them and will use them in the future for any large remodeling needs. Thank you!

We were looking to add a bathroom to our basement. We met Naperville Roofing and Construction at a Home Show in Schaumburg and decided to hire them on for the job. They were fantastic. They were attentive to our needs, were kind and courteous and always left the job site cleaner than when they began. They handled all the interactions with the village and their attention to detail was fabulous. We are very happy with the results.

An honest bunch of people to do business with. My roof only needed a small amount of repairs, and they made to attempt to up-sell me. They just came out, and fixed the issue for a very fair price and in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Naperville Roofing & Construction, good folks over there.
